Our aim as a disability support service provider is to assist individuals living with a disability, and their families, to remain independent through having access to the care and help they need. We place a focus on ensuring the participant is in control of the choices being made about the services they are receiving and we always ensure this is reviewed, as we understand that the type of services and level of care changes as people grow and move through life.
All our staff are highly trained with an in depth understanding of the disability sector to ensure all our participants receive support from qualified support workers who know what they are doing. We focus on building a team with our participants, their families and our support workers, to provide a well rounded approach to the care we provide and to make sure we are always on the right track to reaching the participants goals.
